Good Measures is a specialist consulting firm that is passionate about all issues relating to sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR). We work with you to improve performance in these areas and maximise the potential that exists for cost reduction and enhanced employee engagement. Working alongside our client’s in-house team, we seek to ensure organisation wide buy-in to achieve five critical benefits: smarter processes, reduced environmental impact, reduced costs, more engaged people and an enhanced brand. Equally important, to ensure a successful outcome, we help you to develop programmes which fit your organisational culture and ambitions.

The support we give to clients is influenced by a number of factors, such as depth of in-house resources, internal priorities and needless to say cost. At one end of the scale it can include strategy development and policy formation but for organisations that are well down this path it could merely be an independent view or second opinion on how they compare against best practice.

Part of our work will often involve the development of intelligent communication techniques to engage your internal audience and wider stakeholders. Recognising that all organisations have keen sustainability change makers as well as those who are clearly not committed, we have developed communication methods to address the whole spectrum of employees with a view to creating a more engaged workforce. We use practical solutions, which may use technology in their delivery, or be physical activities taking place in the workplace. Using co-creation techniques, we listen to your employees and maximise the use of their knowledge and ideas to enhance your sustainability programme. We can also engage wider stakeholders using these techniques or through the use of crowd-sourcing. Our aim is to make everyone in your organisation see sustainability and CSR as their responsibility, not just that of your sustainability managers.

Data collection, benchmarking and targets are key to demonstrating the cost-saving potential of these programmes. We work as a best-of-breed provider to give your organisation the most effective solutions to deliver high-level, auditable data, which can be used in your annual reports. We ensure that our partners’ technology is user-friendly, cost-effective and scalable so that it can be used multi-nationally, if you require.
